I'm sorry. I know this post is long overdue. But, honestly, I'm still not entirely sure what to tell you.
SPIRIT BOND IS NOT DEAD! I do know that for certain. I have been rewriting the plot and have gotten further with the story than ever before! I have re-written (not redrawn yet) all the current events in the comic, and even further. And, when I feel ready, I will redo all the pages (I'll have to, since I've changed so much in the story. But don't worry. The characters are all the same. SB is just going to be much 'cooler' this time, haha...) and I want it to be in full color! How's that for ambition? >.>;
However, here's the dilemma....
I am about to leave for college. I don't have a lot of free time on my hands. Plus, I have a vision for Spirit Bond. It's going to be something awesome someday. However... I don't know if my art skills are quite ready for it yet. I don't know if I have enough experience.
So I came up with this plan. I've had this other webcomic idea for a few months. It will be full color as well, but the story and art will be much simpler. So, I propose that I work on this new comic for a while (and fret not. It's a fun story too.) until I feel like I'm ready to work on Spirit Bond again. Tell me what you think.
And I mean it that SB isn't dead. The story and characters are too close to my heart for me to ever give up on it. I will continue drawing thumbnails, and writing the plot further... just behind the scenes....
Alright. Now feel free to send me copious hate mail. That's what I would do if I were you.

Alright! I've got good news! I'm going to try to start updating again!

I can't say that it'll be twice a week, but I'll try to give you guys something at least once a week.

There are a few reasons that I'll be going slow for a little while.
Firstly, I'm a senior in high school struggling through applying to colleges and for scholarships and taking tests and stuff.
Secondly (this one is actually kinda exciting!), I'm planning on rewriting the beginning of my comic. I'm actually typing it up in story format and trying to figure out how I can rework the pages. The story will be a bit different, but not by much, and it will be stuff that makes more sense anyway. And, really, the part we're at now won't change much at all. It'll just be exposition stuff.
Soon, if I can manage it, all those poorly done pencil and early PS drawings will be gone, replaced with my new awesome colored pages! (and much improved line-art.^^;)

Anyway, thanks for your patience.

Oh yes, as an important side note, I made a huge flaw in some of the dialogue of page 7 in this chapter, something that could seriously confuse you. I've fixed it now, so please look over all of chapter 3 again sometime to make sure it all makes sense to you now. Thanks for dealing with all my mistakes. '''OTL

Yes. This is a temporary Hiatus. I'm sorry, but I really think I need it. With all my different projects (both online and not), I've been neglecting real life and I'm starting to feel trapped by it all for some reason.
I guess you can say that I'm in a creative slump.

I'm really sorry about this. The hiatus shouldn't last for more than a month, maybe a month and a half. But I promise that I WILL be back in time for my Febuary aniversary. Hopefully I can finish up this chapter sometime then and actuallty get to the main plot.

Hello, everbody! Sorry for the lack of steady updates. I'll do better now that school has started. I will be a senior in highschool this year, but I'll try not to let it get in the way of my comics. ^^

I just wanted to draw your attention to one of my other comics.
It really isn't a comic, but it's where I've been storing my art, both old and new, and I think there are some real pearls in there.

Alright. I guess I'm going back my normal schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays and maybe a few days in between if I have time. I failed March Madness terribly and feel like the suckiest person ever because of it.

And now I have to catch up, especially in March Madness.

But in good news, I found my flash drive. My little sister found it in her pillow case.

But I can update more! Hurrah! We're about 2/3 the way done with chapter one! I'm excited, because well be getting to the good stuff soon. Yay!~

Sorry, guys, but I'm not going to be able to update for a little while, for two reasons.

1- I'm gonna be out of town till next Tuesday.

2- I lost my flash drive that had most of my finished pages.

So you won't get a new page until the 9th, at least, and then once I'm back, I'll still have to figure out where my flash drive is.
